Soft and fluffy dough

Snack rolls are a popular snack and light meal, typically consisting of a soft and fluffy dough around a hot and succulent sausage. But why is our snack roll dough so good?

Preparation:

Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out. Cut the dough along the perforation. Place the filling at the widest end of the triangular piece of dough and roll the dough around the filling. Let the snack rolls rest for 20-30 minutes under a cloth before baking. Then bake at 190°C for 10-15 minutes until golden. 

Note: Ovens are different, so the baking time or temperature may need to be adjusted.

Important: The baking paper must not come into direct contact with the oven’s heating elements or open flames.
